Old Ford V8 Truck
This is my entry for the current Abandoned Shit Weekly Contest - №. 21 organised by @customnature.
Here is the info for this contest.Click here:
I chose this image (and the following ones) of an Old Ford V8 Truck because although she is no longer used for the purpose for which she was designed, she still has a purpose for her existence.
(The older I get, the more important these sentiments become.)
I discovered this Old Ford truck at the entrance to a Wine Estate in the Tambourine Mountains in Queensland, Australia.
She has seen better days but still strikes an imposing figure as she rests under a shady tree with lichen, leaves and rust keeping her company.
She no longer traverses the highways and the byways but she is happy to oblige her owners by allowing them to advertise their business on the back of her.
I gave her a little digital makeover to emphasize her rustic appearance.
THANK YOU FOR VIEWING. HAVE A GREAT DAY.

Want to have your post on the map too?
Oooh! I want to do a wine tasting! That looks like a classic, though it could use some restoration work and some period tires. You would think that, in this day and age, we could 3D print replacement panels and fully restore (at least cosmetically) a vehicle on a fairly small budget... Nice photos, though!
Many thanks for your welcome visit and support @fotosdenada I dont know much about the process of restoring old cars but I do think it is a real shame to have classics like this one deteriorate outdoors in our very humid weather.
Nice entry, good luck with the contest. I hope you're going to post the original photos some day. These are edits if I'm not mistaken.
She is a beauty!
Thanks Melinda. I was glad to stumble across this beauty when driving past one day.
