The conflict between Dylan's Tanhausser academy and the 56th academy spreads throughout the Iron Blood base. The spread of the news was so fast that even the parties involved were very surprised.

No one knows who spread the news but the majority believed that it came from the Tanhausser academy side. Of course Tanhausser academy vehemently denied the allegations but has little effect. Nonetheless no one blamed or looked down at them considering that they are the victims and the malicious act of those students from 56th academy are truly deplorable.

Though it's not uncommon for schools to have conflicts, considering that the world government promotes competitions and rivalries to strenghtened the students, purposedly bringing harm to students was strictly not allowed. As such most people on the base are on the Tanhausser academy's side.

Aside from the said conflict between the two academies, the news of the duel between two students also spread. Rumor has it that it was the main culprit from the 56th academy, the arrogant prick named Enzo who had initiated the duel. Hearing how the culprit refuses to apologized and even challenged the other side to a duel, made everyone who heard it hates his arrogance more.

"Hey, who do you think would win?" Asked a certain male student from another school.

"Not sure but it's most likely that Enzo guy." Answered another guy.

"Oh? You think so too?" The first student asked, agreeing to what his friend had said.

"Well, I heard the Dylan guy is more of a scout than a front line fighter, the exact opposite of that prick Enzo."

"Yeah..."

This kind of conversation was happening everywhere and the majority believed that Dylan stood no chance against Enzo. They're even asking why he accepted the duel when he is in an obvious disadvantage.

Inside the building where students of Tanhausser academy are staying two girls can be seen conversing in the cafeteria.

"Hey, did you hear? It seemed that most people inside the base believed that your Dylan is gonna win~"

Liz teases her friend while mentioning Dylan's current flight. The teasing made Dianne blushed, though she and Dylan had denied the rumor that they are dating countless times already, the said rumor still persist. Of course Dianne was not really bothered by the rumors and was instead worries that it would affect Dylan's reputation.

Aside from her male relatives and Dylan, Dianne rarely interacts with boys and rather appreciates the company of the taciturn but witty boy. For some reason she enjoys his company greatly and would like to know him some more.

"Maybe, maybe she's actually interested in him?"

This thought surprises Dianne and unwittingy blushes. The change in Dianne's expression the notice of the sharp Liz, and proceed to tease her some more.

Meanwhile in a certain room, Dylan and his classmates was having a conversation of their own.

"Hey, Dylan how confident are you in winning?" The sharp-eyed but cute Nami asked Dylan.

"Relax! I've investigated that prick Enzo. And I could say with confidence that Dylan won't have a problem beating him."

The one who answered was fatty Jing and not Dylan. After throwing a bit of money, fatty was able to find all necessary information about the arroganr Enzo. And after getting his informations and comparing it to the B-ranker Moe, fatty's confidence on his friend soared.

After all, Dylan defeated one of the top B-ranker and a B-ranker himself! Though Moe gave up due to some technicalities, it is obvious from the fight that Dylan was on the same lever as her. Comparing that to Enzo who was a B-ranker as well but was weaker in comparison to Moe by a large margin, Dylan was obviously stronger!

"You do heard that Moe loses to the mysterious "Mask" guy, right?"

Fatty smirked while looking at his classmates with teasing eyes. His classmates realized where fatty is going and couldn't helped but give Dylan a look. Who haven't heard of Moe and Mask's battle? If they are not aware who Mask is before they entered the Sactuary, they are now.

Dylan could only smile wryly at his classmates' reaction. Since.they already figure out his other identity, Dylan have no intention of denying it. Most people would be aware soon anyway...

While Dylan's having a nice time interacting with his classmates, his opponent Enzo was not so lucky. After knowing what he had done, the majority of his schoolmates no longer interacts with him. Instead he often catches them talking behind his back. Even the teachers would look at him with disappointed eyes. Coming from an aristocratic family, Enzo had never experienced such a treatment. Most people, after knowing his identity would fawn at him, trying to get to his good sides.

But after the event at the Bleeding Forest, those who call themseves his friends keeps their distance from—treating him like he had some sort if disease!

Enzo never consider himself to be in the wrong. As an aristocrat, he is used in getting what he wanted. As such he never consider the previous event as anything big.

"So what if I lead a demon beast to their group? It's just a Lvl 0 demon beast anyway! It's not like they can't handle it! And even if someone got hurt from it, I'll just pay for their medical expenses! No reason to make a big deal of it, right?"

Enzo's rage was about to explode and he blamed everything that happened to him to Dylan and his group. He especially hated Dylan for his guts. Enzo believed that his anger could only be appeased once he tear Dylan a new one!

Confident in his victory, Enzo will not kill Dylan but will make sure to give him a lesson that he will never forget.

A day passed and the day of the duel arrives. The people inside the base gathered at base' largest square. Though the duel could be held privately, Enzo, using his family's name pulled some strings to make it public and chooses the largest square on the base. His purpose was obvious for doing so—he wanted to humiliate Dylan in front of a large audience!

Of course making the duel public is all Enzo could do. His family might have some influence on the base but so has Dylan's academy. The current base supervisor is an alumni from Tanhausser academy. If the supervisor chooses to, Enzo's attempt to manipulate the duel would fail from the very beginning.

But the supervisor wanted to make his former school known, and let Enzo manipulate the duel's venue without interferring. The reason for his confidence is the information he got from Dylan's close friends and a bit of investigation of his own.

Soon the two duelist climbed the stage where a referee was waiting.

Dylan and Enzo stared at each other. Enzo looked at Dylan like he is an ant that he.could crush anytime he wanted—his arrogance obvious for all to see.

Dylan on the otherhand has an unreadable expression. Yet one.could easily see the calmness in his eyes. Though the majority of the audience do not believe that he'll emerge victorious, his calm demeanor still earn him the people's approaval.

Seeing that the two are ready, the referee declared the start of the duel.
