Why New Users in Steemit are having Trouble in here
We all are users of Steemit and many of us believe in it and are really looking forward in the coming days of it. Steem Blockchain has many possibilities for the users who are joining now. As the variety of choices that Steem Blockchain is offering is something not seen in other social media or anywhere.
If you are a Blogger than Steemit could be your choice, if you are a video content creator than Dtube is their for you, if you are a gamer than Dlive is their for you or if you want to create any live video than Dlive is your option, if you are just post writer than Steepshot is for you (Appics in the coming days).
Despite all the choices it is seen that few only are getting the focus while the rest are just going out as they are not getting any appreciation .It is kind of true as a matter of fact.

Few reasons that I do realize that new users are doing/facing are :
- Many good users are uploading contents but net getting the proper guidelines atleast how this community is working
- Users are just confused how to go along the path in here
- Copying other contents and posting them resulting flags
- Support from the others
- They are thinking of getting to the top in a flash
While few things that are indeed true and from me to the users that I can suggest are :
- BE PATIENT
- WORK YOUR WAY THROUGH
- RESEARCH IN YOUR OWN WAY, OF HOW THIS COMMUNITY WORKS
- DO NOT BEG FOR UPVOTES / FOLLOW
- DO NOT COPY/ PASTE CONTENTS
- BE ORIGINAL
- LEARN THE FIRST FEW DAYS ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY AND FOLLOW GOOD AND REPUTABLE USERS YOU WILL FIND YOUR WAY
- DO NOT GET GREEDY
ENGAGE WITH OTHER USERS, BY NOT JUST HI /HELLO BUT BY ACTUAL ENGAGEMENT IN THEIR POSTS OR YOUR OWN
All the very best to all of you who are making their way in here and we all are a part of great community which in the coming years is going to be great and we will look back and probably smile thinking of this very moment now.

I never could get behind Facebook
So I let a lot of things pass be by from FB to Twitter and So on
My oldest son introduced me to steem
I have definitely been stumbling out the gate however
There are people like you in this community that are really helpful

You haven't even created one post or introduced yourself! Here on Steemit it seems for some people that everything is for free and No its not. You have to put some effort into your blog so people will follow and upvote good quality content.

Thanks for the upvote and as I have been to your blog and to be honest that comment in your post is cheetah it detects copy/paste from other websites and plagiarism as well.

I can strongly relate to this post. The image captures my experience, perfectly. I am still fairly new and set on posting original content that resonates with people. But, I am still trying to figure out how this community works and feel lost at times. I am curious what others have learned from their "research?" Does the frequency of posts matter (i.e. daily, weekly, etc)? What about the length per post (i.e. short vs long-form)? What about timing (am or pm CT)? What links/tags have you tried that drive traffic?
Yeah the things that you have said they do really matters a lot.
As this a global platform so time zone is different and it is you that needs to decide when your followers will be online and that is when you can connect with them
As for the short and long posts it totally depends on you because you know what you are capable of and interaction is what matters and one other thing that I do believe is that people only like those posts where they can learn sth or sth interesting or sharing your thoughts with others and many other things which you will get to understand if you get to spend time in here.
About tag , yes they are really important as this tags decide what your posts are about and those tags will attract that kind of followers towards you.
All in this you can say a small research can be done by a Steemit user :)

nice advices dude. i face those things when the first i join. But by doing some advices like you said i getting to find my place here. several friends of mine now stop to create content because they don't want to learn how this platform goes.

while yeah that is the problem for many new users they are not giving it priority nevertheless it is what they are loosing a chance to get involve in something big :)
