Bulletin Board on Steem blockchain (update on escrow GUI service)
Because my previous post Open Source standalone GUI for Steem escrow transactions was so popular I decide to continue the development of Escrow service.
And now I want to present you a Bulletin Board.

This is how it works
- I made post Decentralized Bulletin Board and this post comments shows on board with filter
- board shows announcements for comments made within last 3 days (72 hours)
- by user with minimum reputation 50 or greater
- announcements sorted by users reputation
- announcement need minimum 2 lines in comment (title + body)
