I was able to Buy EOS on Bitshares and Transferred them to my EOS Mainnet Wallet via RUDEX Dex - Here is How to Do It

in #eos6 years ago (edited)

Today is the first time since mainnet launch I am able to Buy EOS on Bitshares and then Transfer it to my EOS Mainnet Wallet via RUDEX Dex.

The best Thing is I was able to do it by controlling my private keys all the time in the State of the Art Bitshares Decentralized Blockchain! I am tired of the Centralized Exchanges and there KYC and rules.

This transaction involved 3 steps.

Buy and Transfer EOS to Mainnet Wallet via Rudex Dex - Blockchain.jpg

Step 1:

--
Buying open.EOS from Bitshares (because of its higher volume compared to Rudex)

Step 2:

--
Exchanging open.EOS for rudex.EOS (Selling open.EOS for rudex.EOS) on Rudex with the following pairs:
https://market.rudex.org/#/market/RUDEX.EOS_OPEN.EOS

Step 3:

--
Sending the rudex.EOS via de RUDEX gateway to EOS Mainnet:
https://market.rudex.org/#/deposit-withdraw

Here is the screenshot that shows the EOS on the mainnet wallet:

In case you need any help in doing this, feel free to ask.

Hope this information is helpful.

Why transfer to rudex? You can't withdraw from Bitshares dex?

Great post I’ve been wondering how to do this for a while now

Well done mate! DEX is the future, no doubt.

This is really a helpful informative post, I bought some Eos coins on bitshares two months back before mainnet launch and I have not been able to transfer my Eos crypto coins from bitshares to my wallet in simpleos wallet . I believe wit this your information I can be able to do that now . Thanks alot @gold84

Looked at Open.EOS and RuDex.EOS and see no option to withdraw from the Bitshares DEX yet... This is what I see in Bitshares...

Hi @zoidsoft , thanks for your comment. Yes, on bitshares it does not show. You need to go to the rudex site, https://market.rudex.org
once you are logged in, you will get the withdraw EOS function available.
