Now that the EOS blockchain is live figured I would put together a everything you need for EOS guide showing you all tools, websites, links and general needs. Most of these tools and websites are things that I use personally and generally only use sites and tools that are build by the prominent block producers of the EOS network. This doesnt mean they are official or perfect, so do your own research when it comes to security and the storage of your private keys.

Voting

Voting is a very important part of the EOS networks health and security, token holders vote for block producer candidates (BPC’s) by staking their tokens on the network. Ensure that you have done your research before voting as every BPC carries a different set of skills, ideologies and obviously location.

Wallets

This is still a fresh topic in the space and very iffy as there has only been one wallet endorsed by Dan Larimer which is greymass. I personally use simplEOS as a few of the BPCs endorsed it, but still a risk so make sure you do your own research. As time goes on im sure more will come out, or you can simply use Scatter with any of the blockchain explorers.

Scatter Browser Plugin

Scatter is basically a more adva**nced version of MetaMask which is very commonly used in the Ethereum community for interacting with the ETH Blockchain. Getting very comfortable with Scatter is imperative to navigating the EOS blockchain space as it provides a secure way to talk with the chain and never need to put your private key into websites.

CypherGlass

CypherGlass is a Premiere BPC on the EOS network which produces the best videos explaining what is going on behind the scenes and in the EOS space. Very well produced and highly informative content comes out frequently or whenever the community has a question about something. Rob Finch the CEO of CypherGlass is in the videos does a really good job of explaining whats going on in short form. Watch some of their videos, im sure they will earn your vote as a BPC.
