A day in Venezuela:

in #english6 years ago

Hello everyone, this post I write with great sadness to see how every day everything goes from bad to worse in my country.

To leave the house everything has become a chaos, I arrive at the stop of divers and spend few but all full then I see that they spend private cars that are put to work and meet a specific route as the buceta charging for position and also pass full , sometimes I see people passing by or loading trucks and I'm scared to ride, in the end I have no choice but to walk where I have to go, all this because there are no spare parts to fix public transport.

The problem of getting cash has become an almost impossible mission, if you go to the bank after long hours you manage to give you little money, if you go to another bank you have to go back to make another queue to get more money and yet you they give back little, that does not mean that you do not have time to go from bank to bank queuing to get money because you have to work and meet a schedule in which it is extremely difficult to leave, much less for so long.

To buy food is another very unfortunate situation which is presented to each of the Venezuelans, because when you go to buy something to eat you do not have enough money and end up buying what you can, of course, you can not eat like Before, we do not have a balanced diet, every day we see that we lose more weight and we get sick more because of this.

Speaking of diseases, this is another very important issue to deal with, if we get sick we can not get some medicines or those that are obtained are so extremely expensive that it is almost impossible to buy them and we are deteriorating every day.

If we merit medical attention we can not go to any private institution either because the consultations are very expensive and we are forced to go to the hospital, when we arrive at the hospital we find that there are no medications and often send them to buy from a simple jelco to place one way or the medication that we merit at that moment.

Every day that passes is very sad to see everything that was Venezuela and what has fallen, people are desperate, with nothing to do and have taken as their best option to emigrate to seek a better quality of life, away from their family , of their loved ones, many women leave their children to the care of the grandmothers and do not realize how important is the role of a mother for the growth of their children and that later these can grow with psychological problems since They will see it as an abandonment or rejection, however they have no other option to send some money to their family and that they can half eat and subsist here in the country.

I have also seen with great concern the number of people who have fallen into depression for not having to eat, to give to their children, for everything that is happening and is so much depression that they have even killed themselves because they can not find a way out.

With so much pain and disappointment I write all this and waiting for Venezuela to be able to return to what it was and recover everything, to return all the people who have left, to invest here and together to achieve the country we love so much.
