With this strategy I achieve my best life - Step by Step - Inspired by @maicodon
Inspired by @maicodon's article (read here) I'd like to tell you my tried and tested strategy for influencing my life to get my best life.
While @maicodon is writing about his best life every few days and adapts it, I have a slightly modified strategy, that works very similarly.

I focuse me on one area of my life
When I look at my whole best life, it is incredibly difficult to find single elements that I can work on. When I concentrate on individual areas, it is much easier for me to really change something. And in the end, everything comes together in my vision anyway.
Meaning: When I imagine how I look like I'm trained, I imagine myself in my dream house at the same time. If I want to earn more money, I imagine myself sitting (trained) in my dream office. So, even I have my focus on one part in my best live, I visualize all areas.

Now then, step by step how I proceed to reach my goals:
1. I choose one area of my lif,e that is absolutely unacceptable to me now. Suppose it's the subject of weight loss. (Here you can use any area that is currently important to you)
2. I gaive me 10 minutes time or longer and start writing. How I'm feeling myself when I'm skinny? What am I doing? How do I dress? How do I feel me in the morning after getting up? What do I eat? Ho do I talk? How is my day going on?
Here am I very detailed. When I write, I feel how it is to achieved the goal. I feel the joy and all the feelings they are there. If you do this please write at least one DIN A4 page.
3. Choose an image from your vision that you can visualize directly and which is so powerfully charged with positive emotions that it can get you out of every lousy mood. You're going to use that for visualization now.
4. Read your written words every morning and evening. Adapt it if necessary, if there are things you want to have differently.
5. Ask yourself every morning what you can do today to achieve this goal. (Example: If you have a trained body in your best world, start today with a workout)
6. Visualize also during the day when you have time. When cooking, cleaning..... Every day
7. Write a success diary. What have you done today that brings you to your dream life?
And that's it. Sounds like quite a lot, doesn't it? But it's not. You need a maximum of 10 minutes of time a day.
