Someday, it hits all of us
Somedays we're all in a bad mood, for whatever reason. Whether we are angry, feel uncomfortable or just have zero energy. I feel the same way millions of other people do.
But it is important for me, that I can start the day motivated again after 1 day badness and that the' bad' phase does not exist for days. Cause this is unnecessary energy loss. So here you get my emergency recipes for quick happiness 😉
1. breathe
Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Now take a deep breath, hold on and exhale slowly. Do so many deep breaths until you feel much better.
2. write
Take a pen and a piece of paper or a text document on your PC. Start writing. Write all what's in your mind. Let it flow and no attention to expression or spelling. As you write, the negative feelings often dissolve and you feel liberated. Use as a starting question: What is it, that bothers me. And finally, you write down how you feel if you achieved your goals. That's the positive conclusion, that you give you a good feeling at the end. 😊
3. visualize
Imagine your perfect day. Where are you? Who you are? Who's with you? Look around you and absorb the energy of the moment. Feel, smell and taste how it is there. Stay in this place until you are sucked up with the great feelings of your perfect day.

4. listening
Take a little bit of your time and listen to yourself. What ist your realy problem?
Why do you feel tired and less happy? Let the answers come, without you dividing them into good and bad. Just listen to it. Just a few minutes. And then decide how you want it instead and go on.
5. celebrate successes
What did you finish successfully last week? Write down 20 things you have mastered successfully. And no matter how small these things are. With this method, you learn to recognize, that your whole life is a success, you didn't realise it.
6. laugh
It is scientifically proven that your body reacts positively to a smile. So pull both corners of the mouth upwards. Hold this position for at least 1 minute and look at yourself in the mirror. After that, you can only laugh, believe me.😂
