Hello Steemians wherever you are.
On this occasion I will try to share knowledge about English lesson.The lesson I will give is about "PRESENT CONTINOUS TENSE".

Present Continuous Tense is An action that is doing in the present.
The Present Continuous Tense Formula is :

S + TOBE (am, are, is) + V1 + ing + O + C = Positive

S + TOBE (am, are, is) + NOT + V1 + ing + O + C = Negative

TOBE (am, are, is) + S + V1 + ing + O + C = Introgative

Let's discuss each of these functions.
SUBJECT (S) is the Actor in a conversation.
Subjects included are : I, YOU, WE, THEY, SHE, HE, IT (for objects or animals).

TOBE (am, are, is)
The couple Tobe:
AM = Is
ARE = ​​You, We, They
IS = SHE, He, It

VERB1 (V1)
Verb used on this grammar id Verb1 + ing, example:

• Speaking
• Reading
• Planting
• Going.

ING is used to show that action is doing right now (Continous)

OBJECT (O)
Object is the sufferer or as a target that is focused in a conversation.

COMPLEMENT (C)
Complemment is An adverb.
The word description is divided into 2 kinds,
A. Information stating the place,
Examples: School, class, canteen and more.

B. Description stating the time.
Example: now, today, every day, every Sunday, every year, once a week, once a month and so on.

Once we know the function in the Present Continuous Tense formula, it's time we try to make some examples.

Example 1:
THEY ARE READING A BOOK NOW (+)

THEY serves as an Object,
ARE served as Tobe,
READ serves as Verb1,
ING state something useful happening
A BOOK serves as an Object, and
NOW serves as Complement.


So, the example of the sentence above, corresponds to the formula given.
The above sentence is a sentence in Positive form.

To change into the Negative sentence (-) and Question (?), We only put NOT the Subject, but the other sentences are not change.
Look at the change from Positive to Negative.
THEY ARE NOT READING A BOOK NOW (-).

NOT is placed after the Subject and another sentences are not change.

Let's change the Negative sentence to the Introgative sentence.
ARE THEY READING A BOOK NOW ?.

TOBE (Are) Is put on the first of sentence, and another sentences are not change.

We will change the sentences into Positive, Negative and Introgative.

THEY ARE READING A BOOK NOW (+)
THEY ARE NOT READING A BOOK NOW (-)
ARE THEY READING A BOOK NOW (?).

Another example:
HE IS CLEANING THIS FLOOR IN CLASS (+)
HE IS NOT CLEANING THIS FLOOR IN CLASS (-)
IS HE CLEANING THIS FLOOR IN CLASS (?)

Pada kesempatan ini saya akan mencoba berbagi ilmu tentang pelajaran bahasa Inggris. Pelajaran yang akan saya berikan adalah tentang "PRESENT CONTINOUS TENSE".

Present Continuous Tense adalah tindakan yang sedang dilakukan saat ini.
Rumus Present Continuous Tense adalah:

Mari kita bahas masing-masing fungsi ini.
SUBJECT (S) adalah Aktor dalam percakapan.
Yang termasuk dalam subject adalah: I, YOU, WE, THEY, SHE, HE, IT(untuk benda atau binatang).

TOBE (am,are,is)
Pasangan TOBE :
AM = I
ARE = You, We, They,
IS = She, He, It.
VERB1 (V1)
Kata kerja yang digunakan pada tata bahasa Verb1 + Ing, adalah :

• Speaking
• Reading
• Planting
• Going.

ING digunakan untuk menunjukkan bahwa tindakan sedang dilakukan saat ini (Continous)

OBJEK (O)
Objek adalah penderita atau sebagai target yang difokuskan dalam percakapan.

COMPLEMENT (C)
COMPLEMENT adalah kata keterangan.
Deskripsi kata Keterangan dibagi menjadi 2 macam,
A. Informasi yang menyatakan tempat.
Contoh: Sekolah, kelas, kantin dan lainnya.
B. Deskripsi yang menyatakan waktu.
Contoh: sekarang, hari ini, setiap hari, setiap hari Minggu, setiap tahun, sekali seminggu, sebulan sekali dan seterusnya.

Begitu kita tahu fungsinya dalam formula Present Continuous Tense, saatnya kita mencoba membuat beberapa contoh.

Contoh 1:
THEY ARE READING A BOOK NOW(+)

THEY berfungsi sebagai Subject,
ARE sebagai Tobe,
READ berfungsi sebagai Verb1,
ING menyatakan sesuatu yang sedang terjadi.
A BOOK berfungsi sebagai Obyek, dan
NOW berfungsi sebagai Pelengkap/Keterangan.

Jadi, contoh kalimat di atas, sesuai dengan rumus yang diberikan.
Kalimat di atas adalah kalimat dalam bentuk Positif.

Untuk mengubah ke kalimat Negatif (-), Kita hanya meletakkan NOT setelah Tobe, tapi kalimat lainnya tidak berubah.
Lihatlah perubahan dari Positif menjadi Negatif.
THEY ARE NOT READING A BOOK NOW(-).

Mari kita ubah kalimat Negatif ke kalimat Introgatif.
ARE THEY READING A BOOK NOW(?)

TOBE (Are) Diletakkan di awal kalimat dan kalimat lainnya tidak berubah.

Kita akan mengubah kalimat di atas menjadi Positif, Negatif dan Introgatif.

(Mereka sedang membaca sebuah buku sekarang)
THEY ARE READING A BOOK NOW (+)
THEY ARE NOT READING A BOOK NOW (-)
ARE THEY READING A BOOK NOW (?).

Contoh lain:
(Dia sedang membersihkan lantai ini dalam kelas)
HE IS CLEANING THIS FLOOR IN CLASS (+)
HE IS NOT CLEANING THIS FLOOR IN CLASS (-)
IS HE CLEANING THIS FLOOR IN CLASS (?)
