LET’S TALK ABOUT BULLYING IN SCHOOLS- PARENTS TO BLAME OR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE?
Schools are perfect examples of a social set-up, aside from education, this is one of the ideal places where lives are mold, it is also a life learning process. Bus stations, the mall, Churches, Prison yards, churches, Sporting facilities, market, airports and many more are all social places that share similar life reforming characteristics in building our social lives and how we relate and interact in the society.
However, this is where perverts and geniuses are also made. Serial killers, Kidnappers, thugs etc. starts from here and one way or the other each child that ends up being one of the listed characters must have shown sign of it at one point while growing up in different phases of their educational life, but only if anyone is actually looking.
Fact is if you could trace most criminals down their background, down their personal lives and memory laneway down to their elementary school or high school days, you will find a pattern and this sure will get you some leads, that is; if you are running an investigation to any crime.
Just recently, not over 24hours ago, a nine-year-old boy committed suicide after his mates picked on him for coming out as gay. This Frustrated the lad, but the intricacies surrounding a nine-year-old coming out as gay is not the bone of contention but the boys and girls at his schools that had taunted and made life miserable to the verge of him taking his own life.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THE BLAME?
Life is not fair, not in schools among kids where some take on the feeble ones, not in the working circles as adults, the rich oppress the poor and so also is the Government that is meant to protect its citizens making policies not favorable for the average citizens. That being said, is it fair to put the blame of Child Bullies on their parents or the school or educational authorities?
PARENTS HAVE THEIR CUT OF THE BLAME
In my Opinion, I think the parents should take the largest share of the blame when and if their kids turn bullies. This I a psychological trait of aggressive dominants over other kids, and it could be discovered when a child clocks six months after birth. A baby who has the tendency to pick on other babies might be showing a high sign of aggression, some are destructive and a parent job is to control such form of actions and raise their offspring in a decent way.
For instance, this act of picking on other kids starts from home where they mishandle their younger siblings, some toddlers even rough-handle their dogs, bunnies, Guinea pigs, cats, parakeets and so on in a way so awful and their parents overlook this acts.
Another group of kids goes Bananas when they want something not theirs from another kid or even their siblings, as such, this tiny little acts metamorphosed into a more aggressive child treating other kids badly at day-care centers and crèches. Then, if not checked, it becomes worse as they become graders and maybe high-schoolers and by then it’s a little bit too late.
A lot of people have argued that bullies are actually part of societal tools, separating the weak from the poor. Some teachers often encourage bullying, cheerleaders and school sport teams members often fits into these bullying scenarios as depicted in many movies and novels. As a parent, the way a child treats others actually should bother you because it shows the way the parents are and the kind of folks they are. Therefore, a child who picks on his or her mates or any kid around is a product of bigger adult bullies i.e. the father and mother.
A child that lacks discipline has the tendency of treating others awfully; most parents 2spare the rod2 and their children get spoilt and rotten!
SHOOLS AND EDUCATIONAL AUTHORITIES SHARES IN THE BLAME
Like I stated earlier, some teachers actually encourage bullies, most especially sports coaches and team teachers, they spend more time with these kids outside of their classrooms, hence, they know what they cannot do in classes. Maybe not all, but how a child behaves inside a classroom is not same, even the best of thugs can keep their cools in a lecture room but outside on the field or in locker rooms on school premises, they display their true self.
The truth is that, schools have a zero or no penalty for students who misbehave on school premises, this makes bullying rampant. Even though in the present days most schools have CCTV cameras at every corner and every or most events are mostly recorded and to a shocking surprise, most brawls and fights caught on cameras are not dealt with properly.
Although school kids pick on bully each other outside of school premises, school authorities should be able to investigate and discipline offenders on and off school environments, this will remind other kids that no form of bashing or bullying is tolerated by the school.
Fact is, everything is failing. Economy, Judicial system, law and order and others just like the educational system. But before everything crumbles, something can still be salvaged, school administrators could work with parents to curb Bullies in and outside of the school to prevent such unfortunate thing that happened when a nine-year-old decided to take his life as a way out of his mystery.

Parents will actively support the inclinations of children to hooliganism, this is a sign of survival in society, domination. Most parents even encourage him. The school could at least do something to hold the situation, but not every school administration can do it

Bullying in schools is the worst thing many student just take suicide as there only escape way there should be proper teaching and guidance in school, colleges to make students aware that we are with them so that they don't become weak. We need to have a friendly relationship with our kids only then they will feel comfortable to share everything with us.
