Когда в семье растет малыш, то значительная часть бюджета уходит на питание крохи. Пюре в баночках отнюдь не дешевые, каши то же. Но, можно сэкономить на еде крохи, и при этом ничуть не навредить ему.
Абсолютно любое пюре можно приготовить в домашних условиях. Самое главное выбирать только свежие овощи и фрукты, без вмятин, гнили.
Мясное пюре, точно также, можно приготовить в домашних условиях. Сначала убейте животное, потом слейте кровь, распотрошите, вырежьте мясо, сварите его, потом размельчите в блэндере.
Крупы для каши, можно размолоть в кофеварке или приготовленную кашу размельчить в блэедере. А если у вас есть дача, вы можете готовить из овощей собственного урожая.
А, на зиму можно заморозить овощи. Получается не плохая экономия семейного бюджета.
