yes .. we have several Veluwes as they call it
the Heather grow there - a lot of them
I often go there, bike, stroll, play with some grazing sheep, picnic, BBQ or fly kites and model planes
some days I just collect the beetles on the road and look for newts and the only snake that lives there but have never seen the snake at all
every summer I look for them - very very shy I think
autumn, I look forward for the heathers to bloom
and watch the sunset with my better half
you probably are right .. Jane would probably hang out here, too writing her novels if ..

Newts are the best. Hiding snakes are right up there as well. ^_^
