Lotus Elise Series 3

A quick look round a Lotus Elise Series 3, taking approximately 60 seconds or so.

The Elise series 3 began production in 2011, and uses a 1.6 or 1.8 litre 4 cylinder engine from Toyota, mounted transversely at the rear, with a 6 speed manual gearbox. The 1.6 litre was discontinued in 2018.

The performance figures for the 1.8 litre supercharged Toyota 2ZR-FE inline-4 are 217 bhp at 6800 rpm, 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 140 mph.
