The Chinese zodiac features 12 animals in the sequence of Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.In the West, the twelve creatures of the Chinese zodiac have become increasingly familiar.

Snake is the sixth symbol of the Twelve Animals in China.

蛇是十二生肖中最顽强的属相，属蛇人是十二生肖中最具有神秘感，最不可思议的人物。有些东方人认为蛇是阴险的、由于难以捉摸而令人产生恐惧感。其实，这是因为蛇的寿命太长，每脱一次皮就能够获得一次新生。这个特别的品质象征着属蛇人具有很强的再生的能力，在每一场战斗后你都能很快地恢复精力。中国人在传统意义上认为春夏两季出生的属蛇人最为厉害，而因为冬天是蛇冬眠的时间，所以冬天出生的属蛇人则相对来讲安静而顺从。另外，在好天气出生的属蛇人比在坏天气出生的属蛇人更为乐观，更容易得到满足。容貌最美的女子和个性最强的男子多出生在蛇年。所以如果你属蛇，你定会交好运。
