The Rain
Do you feel sad when it rains?
Or does it rain because you’re sad?
Do those clouds come from your stormy mind?
Does the world know you are feeling bad?
Does the sun boost your mood?
Or does your mood make the sun shine?
Does the sun come out to greet you?
Or do you find a place to hide?
Will the wind be at your back?
Or will you fight it the entire day?
Could you turn around?
And go the other way?
What if your feelings caused the weather?
What if your thoughts decided your fate?
Would you still be so destructive?
Or would you be calm like a still lake?

those are good questions... or really I guess it's only one question, that of cause and effect. I especially like the third stanza about the wind, which underscores for me the theme of "am I, the individual, the one who acts or the one who is acted upon?". Personally I think it's a bit of both, even when it comes to the weather...
Like the poem, but i disagree that rain makes people sad. I feel eager when its rain :)

To be hones, feelings caused the weather. Yes it's true.
Cloudly weather like everyone even me. But when it's raining and sun shine suddenly it irritates.
