Dmania is a Steemit community project carried out by @zombee as far as I know to promote Memes on Steemit ....!!
Yes , Memes . Memes if you don't know are really famous to present subtle humour through a abnormal pic or caption which is really famous on the internet among millenials like me too :) The goal of this project is to help Steemit grow overall by invloving meme culture and communities here ..

Apparently, memes cover major part of the internet and there are literally BRANDS made by just making memes...!!
Eg:- There is a little chance that you haven't heard of 9GAG if You didn't there you go now you did . A website based on so-called "Internet-humour" receives million of hits daily and generates revenue from ads too ......!!
Why is it important for Steem ??
You see Steem is just a crypto and Steemit a Public blockchain service . Steem price is fueled by its usage and popularity just like any other crypto . The usage and posting of memes can really make Steemit a Mainstream website .
Here's why :- There is power in memes . Believe or not memes have a history of shaking the internet and if a certain meme goes viral people just die to find out the original template or where the original meme was originated from .. Thus,popularizing the website. Also, Since, I joined Dmania I have seen some great memes . Here are my best ones :-

I have seen @zombee upvote some of these post personally and working really hard behind and that's all the reason for me to support it since all the steem price needs is just to go viral and I firmly believe Dmania could be the way through it ..

Well, yeah this is a valid and great question and let me answer that by a meme :)
You see every steemian cannot be great author not everyone can write big-lenghty articles . Everyone is unique . Steemit will only be successfull if it provides a platform to "Every kind of content creator"and that inlcudes memers....

Go to https://dmania.lol/hot and Log in with your Private posting key found in "Permissions" tab under your profile ..
Your account is not at all at risk because it is just your posting key which doesn't allow anyone to access financials of your account ... So to sum up It is a much neeeded boost for the community and I suuport it ..

Great review ! And yes, i think the same way ! Both Dmania and Steemit have much to gain from this.
It's a way to attract a new kind of creators.
People say that memes are low quality posts, but i think it's just a matter of opinion. If someone is just copying an existing meme from other site and uploading here just for the upvotes, ok not cool, copying is bad whatever the content is (at least write where you took it from). But if it is original then it should be evaluated as any other post.
There are more ways to express yourself than with a long and well written article.
