@freedomtowrite opened the show telling us about the steem meetup she and @freedompoint had just attended in Tennessee with @jonny-clearwater, @steemcafe, @lukestokes, @enginewitty, @instructor2121 and many others. Stacie D also updated us on their future travelling plans - their homestead in the Ozarks is on the market and they are looking for an RV or school bus.
Next up @breezin related about she is working to get her old family farm to a self sustaining level. In a sub-tropical climate most fruits, particularly mangos, grow really well.
@masterroshi and @richforever discussed the new Yensesa project they are working on in Ghana. It is both an innovative steem to fiat exchange and a basic income system.
Next up we got an update from @gregorypatrick on his plans to move to a homestead, and his homeschooling activities with his children.
@makinstuff rounded off the show telling us, amongst other things, about the company he has set up to bulk buy solar PV panels to make them more affordable to homesteaders.

Yes those macadamian nuts and mangos sounded good. Alas I am never going to be able to grow them in Wales... unless global warnming really gets out of control !

Yes they sounded good... I was born in a tropical island, so I miss the mangoes :) sigh! Now they are super expensive... a luxury from time to time.
