I am not someone who love cooking and making dessert. I don't mind to try it! My uncle shared with me 2 videos on how to use butterfly pea flower to make healthy drink. Happened that in my garden there is some butterfly pea flower, so i decided to try make healthy drink today! Butterlfy flower tea lemonade
Ingredient: butterfly pea flower, lemon, honey
Infuse Butterfly pea flower
Mixed honey and lemon in a cup of water.
Pour the butterfly pea tea in the honey lemon drink.
Witness the colorful magic!
This is my first time trying! Next time i should blend the lemon drink first. Anyway my kids finished the drink :)

感恩甜姐赞助这健康活动，第二周是要做健康甜品。我不是个爱做饭或做甜品的人但我愿意尝试。前几天姨丈给我看了几个蝶豆花饮品的视频。我觉得蝶豆花变色饮品太美丽，听说还有很多功效！养颜，抗老，止偏头痛，抗氧化等等。刚好家里外面开了几朵蝶豆花，今天决定亲手试试。第一次做啊！献丑了！才料非常简单：蝶豆花，柠檬，蜜糖。先把蝶豆花泡在热水里几分钟， 很快就看到蓝色出来了。再准备一杯蜂蜜柠檬水。准备好了把蝶豆花茶倒进蜂蜜柠檬水里面，见证奇迹的时刻！我比儿子还兴奋！我第一次做乱来，希望大家喜欢小视频。还好儿子女儿都喝完了。下次要把柠檬打成果汁再加蝶豆花茶应该更好喝！也看到一些视频 把蝶豆花茶弄成冰块直接放进柠檬水 这样更方便！我改天试试。

哇，蓝色的花朵，天然的颜色啊，搭配着柠檬的清香，还有蜂蜜的香甜，这肯定很好喝，不过啊，如果要用到蜂蜜，一定要用温水哦，开水会让蜂蜜变酸，本来柠檬就是算的了，不能再算，需要的是甜味，也不可以用冷水，蜂蜜的甜味打不开！！

我知道，你们都是吃货，我都还好，我知道那些配在一起比较有营养，健康，另外啊，就是不要挑食，除非真的是有些食物自己不能吃了，非特殊情况不要挑食，这样才健康！！像我就不可以吃牛羊肉，辣的，所以我自己做的菜都不辣，清清爽爽的！！
