Dandiest Kid Contest: A Day of Knowledge 🤔
Hello Steemians 😀
This post is for dkc (dandiest kid contest) hosted by @phunke, for more info please Click Here!!
I remembered that question he asked 😅
That was a day of festival "Chhath" A Festival Where Devotees Pay Obeisance to The Sun
According to Hindu religion, the Sun is believed to heal many severe health conditions and ensure longevity, prosperity, progress and well-being.
People celebrate the festival by following a rigorous routine that lasts four days.
The rituals include:
- Fasting (including abstinence from drinking water)
- Holy Bathing
- Offering Prayers to the Rising and Setting Sun
- Meditating by Standing in Water
This was the day when devotees offer prayer to setting Sun, They offer fruits and vegetables of that season yeild.
He asks about everything 😃 and that moment when he was feeling hungry before ceremony, He asked for one fruit from the basket of ceremony and I had to refused him😂
And that was the moment when he asked
And I was surprised by his question 😅 I knew what to answer but refused myself to do that.
I know one day himself he would know his answer 🙂
