A healthy diet is better than workout.

To decrease your fat mass, it's easy to maintain a healthy diet rather than mid-intensity exercise. I avoid eating fried food, carbonated drinks and alcohol. As well as, processed carbonhydrates.

When I eat meals, I eat vegetables first. Then, I eat meats or tofu like protein sources. Last, I eat sort of unprocessed carbonhydrates like brown rice. You body is a result of what you've eaten.
