leise
kommt die nacht
und der wächter steht am tor
wartend -
hält er wacht
soll er kommen dieser narr
ängstlich -
schleicht er heran
voll angst um den schnellen tod
zielend -
legt der wachmann an
sein weiß' gewand färbt blut so rot
zitternd -
liegt getroffen er dann da
schmerzensschreiend in dem gras
bedächtig -
geht der schütze auf ihn zu
und macht dem leide gleich garaus
