I just delegated over half of my SP - Obligatory "I'm a good person" post (Check out these steemians!)
I actually hate making posts talking about my "good deeds", but if showing off can bring in more payout that can translate to me being able to do more good deeds, so be it. I will try to be transparent with snarky comments like this one whenever I do something that looks like I'm saying "LOOK AT ME! I'M A GOOD PERSON."

Another steemian who I would like to know better! I like his optimistic and straightforward nature and his passion for finding a tribe. He is from Germany and I believe he makes music. This delegation is my way of luring him to find me on discord when I forget to message him or check out his posts so we can get to know each other better.

What a powerhouse of positive energy and awesomeness! I have been following this wonderful human since my early days at steemit and it a lot of my desire to point out the flaws of steemit come from seeing users like her not doing as well as I am doing. Her posts help to keep me balanced when I get lost in my thoughts. She does tarot readings if you are interested that. I mostly love the way she frames things! A truly beautiful human being!

Much of our "missing" communication so far is due to myself, not due to you. I am "dancing at too many marriages at once" (as we say in German if you put too much on your plate to handle) and have already written your name down on my "to-connect" list about a week before this delegation came my way.
Will be on discord more for sure and make time, many of my tribe have been "luring" me there recently, so I ought to be present more than I am.

I’m the same though, I’m everywhere. I get discouraged when I don’t get enough engagement on my posts and then I get 50 comments on one and feel to tired to read anyone else’s post.

I am putting it to good use already, have to slap myself a bit from continuing to upvote all these amazing people. I am hovering around 60% now and want to regain full strength and hover around there.
I feel ya, tonight is the music contest deadline, and I have been steeming for 3 hours straight. But hey, the effects of our work on here are accumulative, and any work put in now will multiply the effects of our tribes in the future.

If you use busy.org you don't need 500SP to use the slider. I comment, reply and upvote there now. At least until I reach 500SP.

This is such a roller coaster ride for me, by the time we "speak" things have changed again.
Since I wrote that comment I've had a few days feeling really dejected again and yesterday was back to considering walking away from Steemit.
Yesterday I went to a meetup in London which was fun. I had a good old moan and did a rather embarrassing job of "poor me" but I had a laugh too.
There were a couple of newbies there and. through talking to them, I was gratified to see how much I've learned about how this all works in the time I've been here.
This morning I feel I have come back to a place of equilibrium. Winning the League got me into my competitive side and, last week, I worked my socks off to stay near the top. I cam second which was good but I don't want to be living my life like that.
That then leads me into the despair of comparing myself to others and watching them upvote themselves, use bots whatever, to get ahead. Then I feel like I'm being left behind.
In the Leagues you pay heavily for self upvoting so I haven't been doing it I've been feeling jealous of those that do. The delegation is actually only 70 SP and doesn't really make much difference so I gave myself permission to do whatever I decide I want to do and lose the delegation if needs must.
I had a long lie this morning, rather than hustling to get up to reads posts and comments and I now feel free to do whatever I want to here. I am going to make sure I spend no more than 45 minutes at a time at the computer. That's important to me. And, for the rest, I'm just going to let it unfold with nothing off the table!
I'm feeling at peace with it all again and curious to see what happens from here.

You're a hero, man! I too have been thinking of delegating, lately, but that feels a little difficult when I'm living on the little bit of cryptos that I own and can barely keep my own head above the water, right now.

I was about to delegate to you when I saw you were above 500. That wasn’t one of the hardest things about delegation and why I didn’t do it for so long. I wanted to delegate as much as I could to each person and that means choosing, I feel bad I couldn’t give it to some others.

Don't feel bad about the good things you are doing. You are doing the best you're can and are a great example for this community/ platform.
