马来西亚应该学习美国实行监狱奴隶制
1865年，美国国会通过宪法第13修正案，也就是在南北战争结束之后所订定的“解放黑奴法案”。然而，宪法第十三修正案并没有规定所有形式的奴隶制度是非法的。它规定，奴隶制仍然被允许作为对犯罪的惩罚。
南方各州所要做的就是找到一个理由来逮捕他们以前的奴隶，这样他们就可以合法地把他们扔回种植园。因此，南方的政客们制定了一系列法律，称为“黑人法典”，允许他们以任何罪名逮捕黑人。
1979年，美国国会进一步通过法律，允许监狱犯人从事一些有偿劳动，以避免因终日无所事事而寻衅滋事的情况发生。但是犯人的工资最多只有每小时数美分。这对美国民众来说，简直就是杯水车薪。犯人生产的东西包括军事装备、矿产品甚至是性感内衣。
换句话说，林肯总统 并没有完全废除奴隶制，而且奴隶制在今天的美国仍然合法。
如果马来西亚废死，犯罪率一定会上升，犯人人数也势必增加。本人认为，马来西亚应该学习美国实行监狱奴隶制，使用犯人的劳力创造经济价值，减轻国家财务负担。
而華人也应该好好学习如何成为一位优秀的奴隶主，为振兴国家经济尽一份力。
