Isaw ng Manok - Food Photography

Isaw ng manok or chicken intestine is one of most delicious street foods you can find here in the Philippines. It is popular to almost all Filipinos as you can always find this one in almost all barbecue stalls in the philippines.

In our province (Anao, Tarlac), every afternoon as the sun starts to set, people tend to sell barbecue on the side-streets and you can always find isaw ng manok being grilled over a charcoal together with chicken feet and betamax (grilled chicken blood). Isaw is best served hot and with vinegar mixed with chopped onion, garlic, pepper and chili.
