白蚁 (Termite) produced the beat he called, "Lo-fi xmas 66" for his Worldwide Cypher Jam Round 66.
Zig, conjuring the ancient spirit of the season, channeled the roots of traditions going back thousands of years reaching into the collective unconscious archetypes bringing them to instrumental contemporary light.
Zig met 白蚁 (Termite) before this recording on a decentralized social media platform, Discord/Steemit, where new musical light is regularly shed in the season and throughout the year...
Zig's had this running joke with Termite about how the Worldwide Cypher Jams provide a sense of (digitally, virtually) going to a late night after hours jam session at some corner in an urban setting into some dark, smoke-filled room where the cats are kickin' it on a cool but also intense hitherto unheard of sound reconfiguration of well-known roots, making everyone jolly ...
Regardless of whether or not you see what's happening, besides Zig's taking Termite's prompt and yielding an instantaneous instrumental Trip Hop Nu Jazz specimen as in this present case, the Worldwide Cypher Jam sends greetings to the best rappers on Steemit...
