Like all the posts by the @welcomewagon family also the Digest is created with much love for original quality content. One of the Welcome Wagons goals is to pick most talented content creators and support them continuously in many ways. With so much love put into everything, @dreemsteem's vision of the Welcome Wagon is today a very creative family with strong bonds.

Dear Readers of the WWWD! The Barbarella Show (Friday 3pm & 8pm UTC at @shadowspub's Rambling Radio) and the WWWD created a new award for the Steem-Community! THE AUTHOR OF THE WEEK AWARD for the best blog! Please welcome our new Author of the Week!
Every edition has a special theme, this one is: „ENCOURAGE!“
I want to thank all community members for their encouragement! Countless Steemians support and encourage others every day.
Encouragement on the steem blockchain has so many faces. Last but not least, the encouragement to vote for steem at the netcoins contest was overwhelming! Also, I would like to thank @oracle-d so much for the amazing work!
And, I would like to thank everybody for voting for steem!

Honestly, what encourages me most to think and reflect on my life? Meeting others that truly and most authentic tell about their life. @victorholyo speaks about his life, about false hope, and about a new start. Sometimes we feel that we might have failed, might have lost.
Letting go and re-boot, start life again, forgive ourselves after a deep insight, what an amazing way to encourage others not to give up, there is always a choice to start over again! Bravo @victorholyo!
