These MCO tokens give you a "stake" in that contract, so you can ANYTIME exchange the MCO tokens for you pro-rata share of each token held in the MCO Asset Contract.
After the redemption the MCO tokens will be burned. Since people can redeem anytime it is expected for the price of MCO tokens be at least the face value of the underlying tokens of the contract.
