Bitstamp To Add Bitcoin Cash Trading This September 2017
Bitstamp announces it will be implementing BCH trading pairs before the end of September 2017 due to a large demand from its customers.
Trading pairs include BCH / BTC, BTC / USD and BCH / EUR.
Bitstamp currently sees stability to the coin after the fork.
Bitcoin Cash is one of the four coins other than Bitcoin to be listed on Bitstamp.
Other coins include Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple.
Bitcoin Cash is currently in the top 3 in cryptocurrency market capitalization.
Google, Apple, Facebook and More Companies are Adopting to Crypto-ready API
Top technology company developers have designed a browser API that will soon allow users to easily buy goods and services online with cryptocurrencies.
The project which is called Payment Request API was started by W3C together with huge companies such as Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Mozilla and Apple.
It is a huge step forward towards a currency-agnostic web payment solution which was first conceived in the year 2013.
The API was announced this September 14, 2017 and is currently being implemented by Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Webkit, Facebook's in-app browser and the Samsung Internet Browser.
Once activated, Payment Request API will enable new payment types such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies and will also include traditional payment methods to be stored directly in the browser.
These payment methods are easily accessed through a drop-down menu, a type of extension on the auto-fill feature which is already widely used at checkout.
