Chinese District Court Dismissed Lawsuit Against Cryptocurrency Exchanges In The Country

CnLedger recently tweeted about Beijing Hadian District Court dismisses lawsuit against Chinese cryptocurrency exchanges.

The court says that the plaintiff can’t provide proofs that the cryptocurrency exchanges was operating illegally.

The court also added that Bitcoin is not a currency issued by the government therefore there are no laws that restricts the trading and investment of the digital currency.

The risk is on the people and they have all the right to participate in Bitcoin trading.


The Miami Bitcoin Conference This Week Showed Lots Of Optimism

The North American Bitcoin Conference in Miami was flocked by thousands of cryptocurrency enthusiasts and mostly newcomers.

The 2018 market dips did not seem phase bitcoiners and many still believe that the Bitcoin will reach the expected "moon values".

Some noticeable things in the conference was a number of Lamborghinis parked outside and one was even for sale for 43 BTC.

There are also a lot of mainstream media who attended the said event such as CNBC, RT, Bloomberg and other local news media.

The conference hosted a number of speakers and businesses focused on the cryptocurrency and/or blockchain industry.
