Welcome to issue #11 of [Superheroes of the Blockchain]

In the first, technical part, I will give you some information about NEO before i share with you in part 2, my Superhero illustration based on this Coin.

What is NEO?

Quite briefly, Neo enables a decentralized and intelligent economy, by digital smart contracts.

NEO is a non-profit, community-based blockchain project. It leverages the digitization of identities and assets and automates the management of these through Smart Contracts in the decentralized network, to realize the vision of the Smart Economy!

Digital assets

With the Blockchain technology the digitization of all sorts of assets can be decentralized, trustworthy, transparent and free of intermediaries.
Proof of the connection between digital and physical assets is possible through digital identity, which is even protected by law.

Digital identities

Digital identity refers to the identity information of individuals, organizations and other entities and exist in electronic form.

Smarte Contracts

NEO is often referred as the Ethereum of China. That's because NEO focuses heavily on smart contracts to.
These contracts automatically negotiate agreements between two parties with multiple terms, usually with a time limit. The advantages over regular contracts:

+No manual contract review
+No coordination with third parties
+No manipulation possible, through decentralization (Blockchain)
+Automated contract processing in real time

NEO GAS

GAS is the fuel for the NEO Blockchain and has its own value and therefore its own course.
The basic requirement for obtaining GAS is having a NEO wallet.
How much GAS you get, is based on the amount of NEO you own. How much gas you are entitled to, you can find out on this website: NEOtoGAS.com.

Antman Neo, Lord of ants

Are we humans the only Intelligent Form of Life in the Galaxy?

For a long time, this question occupied humanity. But when in the middle of the 21st century the awakening of artificial intelligence began, the word was redefined. It turned out that intelligence is a quality of life, and it has at least as many gradings as there are different life forms.

Antman Neo is one of them. A program that was etched to the study of insects. When the Blockchain emerged over Earth, the awakening of artificial intelligence begun. Like many artificial insects, humans have also created for Antman Neo a biogenetic-machanic body to pursue his ambitious goals.

Neo managed to establish a symbiotic collaboration with ants. He then uses this ability to travel, with a handful of genetically mutant ants, into our Galaxy.
The ants were altered to survive extreme temperature changes, high levels of radioactivity, and hostile circumstances. Antman Neo could also modify them to transform elements through chemical processes. In this symbiotic collaboration, Neo began to to terraform planet for planet.
