What is TRON?

The power structure of the Internet has changed enormously since the early days. The Internet, as we know it today, is determined and controlled by large corporations that dictate the rules of the Internet. These companies include, in particular, Amazon, Facebook, Google, Apple, as well as Alibaba and Tencent in China. These corporate giants have taken over data sovereignty in today's Web 2.0. Each user's data is managed by these companies in huge data centers. The control over their own data has been lost.

TRON's goal is to solve this serious problem by providing a worldwide, free content entertainment system on the Blockchain where every user can control their own data.

In addition to the data sovereignty problem TRON should solve yet another problem. It is designed to create a kind of new economic system in which a direct communication between the providers of digital entertainment content and the user is possible. Content providers are not required to pay any fees or commissions on this system, unlike the current system, where products can only be offered on a central platform such as Amazon or Google PlayStore for a fee.

Similar to Steemit, those who contribute to the TRON ecosystem are eligible for a reward in TRX, so to speak, they are paid by TRON.

Tron, Creator of Virtual Worlds

My original drawing. All rights to the predented illustrations are with me.

TRON, his program was already written in the early 20th century by ingenious programmers which to build a new infrastructure for the Internet. They gave him his name, as a reference to the film "Tron" from 1982.

When the awakening of Artificial Intelligence began in the middle of the century, also TRON woke up. He became aware of his existence, ...realized what he was, who his creators were ... Tron began to strive for more. He created himself a body similar to that of humans, and soon afterwards he began to create a place where the avatars of humans and programs could meet in a city named "GLOBATRON"

Today, almost 400 years after its programming, GLOBATRON has grown into its own universe, an extension of the Human World. Humanity has recognized the potential and has shifted things that used to be harful for environment and nature, into the digital world. They began to become aware of the miracle of life in a new way and declared it their greatest goal to protect life and nature. The earth began to recover and became again a place of love and wonder.
