Cookie And Coffee Cake With Chocolate Coating

Hello I am Andrea a Lithuanian girl who loves cooking with love. This was my grandmother's Cookie and coffee cake with chocolate coating. The cake has an intense coffee flavor that is enhanced with the chocolate coating. It is preferable to serve it cold  Isn't that great? Well, for me it sounds like a dream I have never seen another one quite like it. It will always be my favorite ."This is the reason why I 'make' my own Cookie and coffee cake with chocolate coating. The idea I want to share with you is very easy    



Ingredients

1 packet of Cuetara square cookies

3 glasses of whole milk 

2 teaspoons of nescafe     


For filling

 375 g. of margarine 

6 tablespoons icing sugar

 3 egg yolks 

2-3 teaspoons of nescafe

 Milk, that is necessary to dilute the nescafé   


 For coverage

 200 g. Black Chocolate Coverage

 2 tablespoons liquid cream 35% 

The quantities are orientative, depending on the size of the mold and the heights that you want 


Step by Step 

Prepare the coffee cream, beat in a bowl the margarine, sugar glazes and two egg yolks.

Then add 1 teaspoon of nescafe diluted in milk and blend until it is integrated.


 

 Pour three glasses of milk into a saucepan and dilute two-three teaspoons of nescafe. Templa the milk slightly and part part in a source so that it covers the bottom of the same but that takes height. 

Dip the cookies in the milk. You must have them just enough time to take the taste of coffee and you can remove them without breaking. I recommend you do it in groups of 2 or 3 cookies until you find the taste.  


 As you soak the cookies in the milk, Colocalas in the tray that you are going to serve the cake, do it in an orderly way. Until the base is complete. Then, with a soft palette, spread part of the coffee cream on top    


Repeat the previous steps 4 or 5 times, ending with a layer of cookies. Save the cake in the refrigerator to settle, at least half an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the coating by melting the chocolate and combining it with two tablespoons of cream. When you have the coverage ready, pour it over our cake and let it cool. Serve the cake decorated with meringue.
