I welcome you all to this contest. ( 3rd vontest)
My name is clinton, am someone interested in knowing all the possible way of developing a country or countries.
Development of a country is like improving in the standard of living of the citizens in the country. Just as the name suggest the contest is all economic issues facing various countries,in whole the world.
This is my second contest, although the reward for participating in this contest is small but am sure things will improve with time. Once again welcome.

The topic this week is capital widening and capital deepening.

Unemployment is a state or a condition in which a person becomes unemployed and without any source of income.
The participation rate is a measure of the active portion of an economy's labor force
The participation rate and unemployment rate taken together can provide a more comprehensive picture of the job market. A high participation rate combined with a low unemployment rate is a sure sign of a robust job market.

Yes, I think economic growth is a fundamental requirement for the development of a country. For companies to invest and an economy to grow, stable environments, efficient institutions, functioning markets and access to sustainable financial services are all required

In my opinion, the state may be a state or condition that someone becomes idle and has no supply of financial gain.

The participation rate may be a life of the act a part of the labour of AN economy. Huge rate.
#3 differentiate between state and participation rate?
The participation rates and synchronic state rates will offer an additional comprehensive image of this job market. A high participation rate related to an occasional percent may be a positive sign of a powerful current job market.
#4 What area unit the factors answerable for girls high participation rate?
I'm undecided regarding this question however I feel, establishments, agreement, policies, processes.
#5 In your in opinion, does one assume employment solely will evoke development in an exceedingly country?
Definitely! in an exceedingly country, employment will simply bring development through employment. everyone within the manpower continues to follow a rule.

It's very simple to say! it is very straightforward as a result of this is often increase payout because of the increase in rewards.

The participation rate is the amount of people who have a job plus the people who are actively looking for a job divided by the amount of people who are in working age.
3- differentiate between unemployment and participation rate ?
The unemployment rate is the amount of people who don't have a job divided by the amount of people in working age. So the participation rate is about the people who are actively participating or want to participate in the economy while the unemployment rate is about the people who can't or don't want particpate in the economy.
4- What are the factors responsible for women high participation rate ?
I'm not sure about this question. Normally the male participation rate is much higher than the female as you can see here: http://hdr.undp.org/en/content/labour-force-participation-rate-female-male-ratio
So I don't know which factors you mean.
5- In your in opinion, do you think employment only can bring about development in a country?
I think for employment to bring out development the work has to be paid fair enough. If you only have low paid jobs, which only pay enough for food,rent,etc; in your country i doesn't help to improve the development in the country.
