Supporting @steemcommunity For Witness 日本語

I was informed by my @steemitbc partner, @paulag, that she and @abh12345 have set up a witness server. The witness name is @steemcommunity. I am going to explain why I am supporting them as well as asking you to support them too.

@steemitbcにて私の仲間であるの@paulagから、@abh12345と一緒にウィットネスサーバーを立ち上げると知らせがありました。
サーバー名は@steemcommunityです。
私はなぜ彼らをサポートしているのか、そして皆さんにもサポートしてして欲しいと思っているその理由を書きたいとおもいます。

I first met @paulag in July of 2017 after joining @steemitbc. Within a few days we would both own the @steemitbc account and the Slack server. From that very first meeting Paula offered help and professionalism. She has not only helped all of us at @steemitbc, but has gone on to help the wider Steemit community with data analysis of various aspects of Steemit. Her posts led to the launching of it's own community and tag, #blockchainbi, business intelligence. This has led to even the least proficient of us in excel and data analytics to try our hand at "running the numbers" to see what they tell us.

私は２０１７年に@steaitbcに参加した後、@paulagに初めてお会いしました。 その後すぐに、私たちはアカウントとスラックサーバーの運営したいという想いがありました。 ファーストミーティングの際には彼女からサーバー運営を手伝って欲しいとオファーがありました。 彼女は@steemitbcのサポートだけでなく、Steemit全体を盛り上げるよう貢献してくれています。 彼女の記事は人気となり#blockchainbiというタグも作りコミュニティをどんどん盛りあげてくれました。 データにまだ詳しくなく学んでいるスティミアンも彼女のサポートのおかげで知識を得ることができました。

In addition to that Paula was once delegated 20,000sp and used it to help everyone she could. Occasionally I was on the receiving end of her generosity, but only when I really deserved it. It was not unconditional even though we were partners in @steemitbc.

更に、Paulaは寄付された20,000spをスティミアンのサポートの為に使用しました。
ただし、そのサポートはしっかりと記事に力を入れている方へのもので、いくら私が@steemitbcのパートナーだとしても特別扱いされることなく、私がよい記事を書いたときのみ彼女はサポートをしてくれました。

The most selfless action though came when the delegation was revoked. She decided to take a majority of her gains from the previous 6 months and delegate it to new Steemians, two of which were from the Indonesian community. To help them grow their communities and their own profiles. 

Paulaは自らのspを新しいコミュニティーへ貸し出し、発展へ貢献してもしてきました。
この６カ月間の間に更なる発展のためにインドネシアコミュニティのサポートも行ってまいりました。

Since delegating Paula has continued to post about various analytics and support of communities. She has made Steemit a richer and more informative platform and deserves our support.
