Steem witness is a big challenge and a new learning curve. A lot of techie stuff to get our heads around. Of equal importance to the success of steemit is supporting community and other steemains on their journey and quest here and I hope this is where we will stand out.

I want the Japanese community to know who you are and to have the opportunity to support you. You have set a great example for people on Steemit to follow and the Japanese community has many members that I see following your example.
