How the community laboratory (com-lab) started? To explain what we do now and what we plan, I have to give you an insight in what was achieved already in the last years since I get to know @jnmarteau in 2012.

Conceptualisation

When we agreed to work with each other in 2014, he was searching for partners to develop the @ideamachine. At the first Headquarters of @opt2o called "opt2o x Vienna" we developed the concept further together with @orangutanklaus, Angeliki, @wolfgangsieberth and other remote creatives. The result was the Idea factory Project, a transitional space concept with guesthouse, kindergarten, co-working and conference space, workshops rooms, the study room, studio and the adjoining post-production room, the connected lab, kitchen and café, showroom and shop area inside the reception as well as an outdoor or indoor garden.

Experimentation

In 2015 we were going out of our idea bubble and tried to collaborate with everybody to enhance the network of partners. We went to work at different community spaces like Cafe Prosa, Gallery NUU, Art Factory Vienna, Castle Cobenzl and CoSpace, where we worked as Community Manager and Chief Innovation Officer last year. Which role of those two had Jean there? You can make a guess. ;)

Implementation

Now we are implementing all our concepts of the last years step by step and finish the Internet of Ideas pre-luminary phase by choosing concepts and planning the @globalschool activities of the next three years. We are really happy that we can share the communication strategy by writing here with you. The steem blockchain is the perfect platform to raise awareness and real life interaction. We love this community and hope to see you in November at this years steemfest in Kraków, Poland. Also @anomadsoul, @lizanomadsoul and @mammasitta will be there.
