Winners Post - ComedyOpenMic Contest / Week 1

Thank you to all the contestants that put in entries in week 1, we hope you had as much fun creating the entries as we did laughing at you all them. The entries in week 1 have been very impressive, so much so that we nearly had a bout of fistycuffs break out among the judges, luckily @take5 took control and managed to calm everything down. It was a very difficult decision to select this week's winners given how many quality entries there were.
People's Champion - 10SBD
Our champion of the people this week is a bit of a dark horse who came out of nowhere to seemly have a big impact with just a singular post. Followed quickly by a second less well received post about how his first post shouldn't be trending. Much like reading any of his other posts by the end of it we were all confused and in a haze as to what happened, but we all felt it was quite magical. You somehow managed to convince the people of steemit to upvote you. So good work!

It was really hard to choose a Jester this week, the quality of the contenders was astonishing, so many good posts it just goes to show the depth of talent laying dormant waiting to be discovered here in #funny as we all try to discover ourselves and build a sense of community.
