These are my entries for Thursday’s #colourfulphotogrphy contest
hosted by @juliank.

While visiting Cuba in November 2016, we were fortunate to attend an art exhibition curated at the Havana Villa owned by an American expatriate and Cuban Artist (see “a Grand Havana Home.)
The mansion was located in the “forbidden” zone outside of Havana called Vedado,which was full of Art Deco, Neo-Classical, and Art Nouveau villas/mansions from Havana’s heyday.

Here are some of the art works from that night’s exhibition from local Cuban artists.

Wow. Interesting artwork. The NYTs article on the curators is quite impressive. some serious celebs have gone to parties at that mansion.

Looking forward to the BBQ, not necessarily the traffic! I remember that they had all these other painted doors at the mansion.
