Color Challenge : Friday's Blue - Strand Pavillion Hotel
This was the view from our hotel apartment last weekend. The weather was partly cloudy, with the sun doing it's best to shine, but wintery cold nontheless! I edited my pic in snapseed.
Overlooking False Bay, Strand Pavillion Resort set on Strand Beach is a 9-minute walk from Strand train station, 3 km from Strand Golf Club and 10 km from cellar tours at the Vergelegen winery.
Airy 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with modern decor feature TVs and Wi-Fi access, plus open-plan kitchens and living rooms with sofabeds. Some have balconies or floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic beach or bay views.
Amenities include a fitness room, a cocktail bar and an outdoor pool, as well as communal BBQ facilities. There's also direct beach access and a game room with pool tables.
