I find Thailand to be a very stylish country for the most part, with both men and women dressing nicely. Sometimes I see outrageous clothing, but I have never seen anything like what this lady is wearing.
You are looking at the cover of a fashion magazine and this was the winning outfit in a contest shown inside. I love the glasses, while the coat looks a little warm for this tropical climate. The model is rocking the whole look with her attitude, but I do not think it will catch on.
