Coin Base Down Again! This really makes me wonder!

So this is the 3rd time (at least for me) that Coin Base has gone down after a dump in prices of Bitcoin , Ethereum and Lite Coin!

Does this mean that Coin Base does not want us to buy coins at Low prices? What about those who have crypto in Coin Base wallets and want to sell during this dump?
