7 World's Continents photo challenge weekly winner announcement #8.

I am very excited to announce the eighth weekly winner of my 7 World's Continents Photo Challenge that you have voted for over the past couple of weeks. The winner was based on your votes on daily winners announcements from each and every World Continent for that respective week.

My submission is from the White Sands National Monument near Alamogordo, New Mexico. This out-of-the-way park sits on a giant dried up lake. This national park shares a border with the White Sands Missile Range, which houses the "Trinity Site" where the first atomic bomb was detonated. It also used to be the back-up landing site for the Space Shuttle.

His amazing picture received total upvotes from you in the amount of $21.94. Apart from my upvotes on @thesloopjohnb entry on one of his posts I am sending 15 SBD to @thesloopjohnb account as the price for winning a weekly round. From here his stunning picture from New Mexico automatically enters the second round where he will compete against other previous and upcoming weekly winners from the month of November and competing for the price of 30 SBD. Zanzibar, an island off the coast of and part of Tanzania, is one of my favorite locations I've visited in Africa. There are so many beautiful, colorful boats, many waiting for the tide to come back in like these. The natural beauty of the island along with the historic Stone Town make it a great destination in East Africa.

Taiba Wave Spot, Ceara, Brazil

Famous spot for surfing and kitesurfing, great waves and nice surroundings. Taiba is located in north east of Brazil in Ceara province. Ceara is one of the poorest regions in Brazil, but it offers the best kitesurfing conditions I've ever experienced all over the world.
