When I first saw the latest topic of "A City A Story"- Rock, I straight think of the stones and rocks in a park nearby my home- Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park.Here I would like to share with fellow Steemian the rocks in this park.
看到最新的一城一故事主题为石头，想到了家附近的公园-碧山公园内的情景，想跟大家分享。

石头在碧山公园除了有一般的美化功能或步道
The rocks in Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park not only have the common decoration & footpath purpose

还有成为这人造河的踏脚石，
But it serves as stepping stone bridge across the man-made river.

游人就可以近距离看鱼或喂鱼（当然如果当局因为水位上升拉警报红灯，就别踏石过河）
Getting down to the stepping stones, visitors get to go closer to the fishes to feed or merely watch them swim freely in the river (Unless the park authority put up warning red lights prohibiting visitors to get close to the river when the water level rises)

碧山公园人造河在新加坡景观设计界是个楷模，（欲知更多这人造河的故事，可以阅读前文:）。所以里面使用了很多石头作植草沟Bioswale 的第一层。
The man-made river in Bishan Park won a lot of Singapore and regional architectural award (to know more about this man-made river, can read my previous post). As such, stones is widely used as the first layer of Bioswale in the park.

也就是利用石头作雨洪的疏导，减慢雨水冲入河流的速度，
Utilizing the stone to divert the flash waterway, and minimizing the water flow rate into the river.

石头也可以过滤水沟中的垃圾，减少涌入河道。
At the same time, it filters out the rubbish from the drain before it flows into the river.

这一区的石头则砌成石墙
At this zone, they used stone as the concrete wall.
