At the end of Steemit's #technofriday, I'm getting excited! Tonight yet another one of my favourite artists is in town: The Advent! And it is not only that fact that made me wakeup this morning early: He will play a 90's techno set!

Soooooo excited! Soooooo looking forward to tonight!

Portuguese from origin, living in the UK for many years, The Advent (real name: Cisco Ferreira) is going back to his roots tonight. Well, as a matter of fact, he is on occasion going back to his roots since Dekmantel Festival last year (read here) when he brought forward a 90's electro set to an audience that wasn't even born when he played such tracks last, 25 years back in time. Goosebumps all over then, and I can't imagine this will not continue tonight! Those days, the days I landed myself into Techno, I had the chance to attend quite a few of his gigs, and was always pleased what I was hearing. The early days - the first decade or so to be more exact - are the days he was at his best imho and I feel so lucky I was already connected with and enjoying Techno those days. I think he never left his best behind, but he decided to do it differently last decade or so. But now, he is bringing his best musical side of himself back to the dance floors!
