In today's popular sharing program, my mind immediately emerged in the clubhouse facilities of major private housing estates in Hong Kong!

在現今流行的共享計劃，我腦海馬上浮現在香港各大私人屋苑的會所設施！

In addition to swimming pools, most of them include reading rooms, game rooms, banquet rooms, stadiums and gymnasiums, etc. All of them are all inclusive. Anyone has thought about that these facilities will often bring considerable appreciation potential to the housing estate!

大多數除了泳池外，還有閱讀空間，遊戲室，宴會室，球場及健身室等等，包羅萬有，大家可有想過這些設施往往會為該屋苑帶來可觀的升值潛力！

Apart from the clubhouse, the most common one in recent years is the sharing of office. Actually, long times ago it had already existed, that is, renting an address would help send and receive letters and faxes. It would not provide space. Most of them were used by some shell companies. Slash has become popular in recent years, so sharing studios have also emerged! I appreciate the concept of making good use of resources. Working in these studios, in addition to being well-equipped, I would also like to bring more business opportunities and inspiration to everyone because I know my partners in different industries!

除了會所外，近年最常見的要算是共享寫字樓，其實很久以前已經存在了，就是租用一個地址，會幫忙收發信件及傳真，是不會提供空間的，多數是一些空殼公司使用比較多。近年Slash流行起來，所以共享工作室亦應運而生！我很欣賞這些善用資源的概念，在這些工作室工作，除了設備完善，還會因為認識不同行業的伙伴而為大家帶來更多的商機及靈感！

When I was thinking about sharing this topic, the rented comic shop and rented movies shops that also applied this concept. It used to be called renting more straightforward, and now it is called sharing more elegant. Don’t forget to share it, do not destroy them because it is shared!

當我在思考共享這個題目時，讀書時期總會光顧的出租漫畫屋及一些租影片的店舖也是應用這個概念，以前稱為租用比較直白，現在稱為共享比較優雅，不要忘記共享也要付出的，亦也要珍惜共同擁有的東西，別因為是共享的便恣意破壞啊！
