Want to play with your food and win some STEEM while you are at it?

Recently, @smysullivan chose to host a Gingerbread Man Contest. He did not have a lot of STEEM available for prizes, so I send over 10 STEEM to help sweeten the pot. Not that Gingerbread men need to be sweetened.

Here are his official contest rules

1 - By entering, you are giving me full permission to use your entry however I see fit.
2 - Please keep all photography safe for children and G-rated, but feel free to have some fun and get creative.
3 - Your picture should be free of any thing that is generally considered to be inappropriate for small children.
4 - Your picture needs to include a Gingerbread Man.
5 - It must also have a SteemIt Logo.
6 - You have until Midnight (PST) on Wednesday night to enter your picture.
7 - The judge will be my wife @wander-woman.
8 - Though you are more than welcome to make a post out of your entry, your entry picture must be submitted to the contest by replying to this post. Any attempt at entering that is not in a reply below by Midnight (PST) Wednesday 12/21/2016 will not be valid.

Sound simple enough, right?

I thought so too, but it doesn't look like anyone has entered yet! Maybe the temptation of eating this tasty little gingerbread treats was too much, and no one had time to get a photo snapped. Maybe their kids ate them all before they could enter. Either way, I don't like leaving STEEM prizes out there without at least trying to win them, so I am officially entering and also doing this promotional post to try to stir up some competition for myself and get those other prizes won!

That explains why although we have a few days left until Christmas, there is already a little Gingerbread Man sleeping under our tree and dreaming of STEEM. He know that he can take first place if no one else enters, and all that STEEM is enough to put a smile on his tired little face as he sleeps.

Just to remove any doubt about his identity, we pulled back the covers cautiously without disturbing him to get a few full body shots. The little guys slept right through it! He must have been so tuckered out.

After the photos, we carefully tucked him back in, and remarkably, didn't even disturb his dream. So, what will it be? You basically have over 12 hours to still enter, will you give me some competition?
