Okay back by popular demand...
Actually only one person asked to name a chick again hahaha!! So here we are, by (not-so-popular) demand of @karencarrens to have another chick naming contest.

We have quite a few to name this time, but first I'm gonna show off my cute other birds (who already have names) just because I think they are so beautiful and I want to share.

Some of you may remember last contest's chicken to name. @Mother2Chicks won with the name "Don King" which now since we know she is a hen, is called "Dawn King". She lays the most beautiful little green eggs...
Grace and her 9 babies with Fluffy (the white and black one) eating with them too. Grace is a crazy Bitch right now, super protective of her chicks...I've written about her attacking me before hahaha, I know... @DaveDickeyYall thinks that he could take her on and I'd love to see that. These chicks will be going to our neighbour Debbie when Grace kicks them out of her nest. As you can see if you've ever seen my chicken photos, we have enough of them now.
Can you really blame Grace for being so protective though? I mean look at how cute they are!!

!CHICK NAMING CONTEST!
The moment is finally here, I know you are just dying of anticipation now hahaha. Okay, how it works is, I'll post the pics of the young chickens with a letter assigned to each bird. In the comment you say what your picks are, you can pick a name for as many chickens as you'd like. Our family will deliberate very seriously over the next week and then I'll announce the results. B - The Punisher .
C - HoseHopper, for obvious reasons.
D - Dwight Schrute, well because this one looks like Dwight Schrute.
E - Einstein, the smartest chicken who excels at chicken physics!

AHHAAA Omg I'm totally killin myself laughing here, really great and funny picks my friend hahahhahahahaaa The Punisher!! haha Brendan will love that one. She kicks the sh*t out of him daily lololololol :)

E- Pantene (because he looks like he has a flowing mane like in a Pantene shampoo ad) alternatively, Fabio.
B - MT (Mike Tyson, because she bites)
D- Ozzy (he looks metal af)
C - Panini (she looks panini shaped, lol!)
A - Spot (because I like naming the wrong animals typical animal names for another species. Also, her brown is kinda like spots!)

I usually read Faith of the Fallen or Confessor every summer, it's my happy place. I really loved "The First Confessor" too, I think that's been his best work since he ended the main storyline.
So happy we got to connect, definitely eggciting! :)
Yes, The First Confessor was amazing too, I wasn't the biggest fan of Omen Machine and all the ones after that, but it was still good to read, they were really dark and gory, definitely not 'happy place' material.
I'm glad to have a new Brother!!!!
I agree, the storyline after Confessor has seemed a shell of what the main series was. Still enjoyable but not at the level of the main series. I'm glad he finally wrapped it up though. They did get me my Richard & Kahlan fix, but I like that they now get to fade into legend where they belong. Their story can always be revisited when needed without more being added to it.
Now we get to follow Nicci around, which isn't the same, but is a better direction to take the tale in my opinion.

I don't know about the others, but C reminds me of a crow, so I might call it Nevermore.
Great one Amber! Actually we have so many of these little black ones running around, and we do call them 'the crows' hahahaa....I love crows btw. I picked this one for y'all to name because it's the only one of 'the crows' that I can tell apart, it has a scissor beak, and has the exact looking body as one of our older hens, "Big Mama" hence why it's called Mama Body right now lololoollol!!

Love the chick pics! That's so cool that you're a homesteader. I wish I had some catchy names to come up with - but can't really think of anything. But "D" reminds me of Estel from "The Golden Girls" .. all she needs is some glasses.
anyhow - I look forward to checking out your other posts. We are going to be moving to larger property soon where I hope to raise chickens and have a bigger garden and take on more self-sustaining projects. I'm looking forward to documenting my experiences with it here on Steemit - keep up the posts - I love this sort of thing. I'm subscribing.
