Yeah, I said it. Getting in shape is one of the easiest things to do in ones life. Before, I hear all the criticism... just hear me out. ๐โโ๏ธ
With everyones busy schedule these days, our time is very limited to focus on working out and our diet. Who wants to live in the gym? I sure don't. ๐คฆ
So what is the secret?
There is no secret. All you have to do is stop eatin' all the damn time (intermittent fasting), workout 2 times a week (for an hour) and drink lots of water.
For the last 8 years, I really haven't put that much effort in getting in shape at all. By just doing those 3 things above, one can look fantastic and feel great.. all day, everyday! ๐ฑ ๐ฑโโ๏ธ
Yes, It's that simple.
What do you guys think about my "Bro Science" philosophy? ๐
*(Broscience is a term for misinformation circulated among men, usually body-building claims not backed by science). ๐
Anyways, just finished a quick workout at Planet Fitness ("old" peoples gym) and my next workout will probably be 4 days from now. ๐

This year I've been putting more effort into push ups, jogging and lifting of moderately heavy hand metals. I've also decided to stay off carbonated drinks
I think it is true for those who stuff themselves. But if you gain weight from eating 3 boiled eggs and some peanut a day you are not stuffing yourself and something else is going on.
What works for you necessary does not help for others. There is a difference in digestive, hormone, life circumstances/temperatures and DNA does play a role too.

People just want quick fixes these days... if they are eating 3 boiled eggs and gain weight, they must of did decades of metabolic damage. People just want quick fixes all the time... lol

I tried IF.. and of course, once I gave in to eating with a relative who was visiting... and then again for a friend's bday... and boom... all gone
But you make it sound so easy.... ok, will give it another try :D
