Yeah, I said it. Getting in shape is one of the easiest things to do in ones life. Before, I hear all the criticism... just hear me out. 🙋♂️
With everyones busy schedule these days, our time is very limited to focus on working out and our diet. Who wants to live in the gym? I sure don't. 🤦
So what is the secret?
There is no secret. All you have to do is stop eatin' all the damn time (intermittent fasting), workout 2 times a week (for an hour) and drink lots of water.
For the last 8 years, I really haven't put that much effort in getting in shape at all. By just doing those 3 things above, one can look fantastic and feel great.. all day, everyday! 👱 👱♀️

Anyways, just finished a quick workout at Planet Fitness ("old" peoples gym) and my next workout will probably be 4 days from now. 😉
